This has been an album that has taken many years to complete. It is a compilation of prayers that have accumulated over the past eight years.

The first full album of songs that were recorded was the one and only album of the Polk Street Band (Not So Distant Future). After we recorded the album, slowly by slowly the other members of the group started to move into new stages of their lives. Yet, I continued to write songs.

There have been more songs than the ten that you see listed here, but these ten seem to work together as a way of entering into prayer.
