Lenten Gospel Acclamation - Organ and Cantor

Taking a traditional take on the Mass of the Immaculate Conception

Ever since composing the Mass of the Immaculate Conception, I thought that the setting is versatile enough to be used in both a traditional and contemporary choir. Being a guitarist and bassist, I would probably be labeled more as a contemporary musician.

Yet, while I was a music minster at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Phoenix, AZ, I learned a lot of Sacred Music. The music we have in the Church is beautiful is "set apart" for our Lord.

With that in mind, here is a recording of the Mass of the Immaculate Conception with an organ as the instrumentalist.
